Privacy Notice

The project form collects the information you choose to send: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional reply preference, and project message. Do not send passwords, access keys, payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive records through the form.

A submitted inquiry also carries limited visit context to help me understand how you reached the site: the landing page, page paths and titles viewed in that browser session, time on those pages, referrer, and the utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign values when present. This context is kept in session storage and does not leave the browser unless you submit a form.

Accepted inquiries are sent to RP Marketing Group's lead platform for business follow-up and recordkeeping. The confirmation reference proves that the platform recorded the inquiry. It does not prove inbox delivery, reading, reply, or a business result.

If an enhanced form submission fails because of a network, timeout, or server problem, the browser may place the form fields, visit context, honeypot value, and a deduplication key in local storage and retry the same submission. Retry entries expire after 24 hours and are removed after a successful or permanently rejected retry.

This storage is best-effort. It can fail when browser storage is blocked, full, cleared, private, or unavailable, and it does not follow you to another browser or device. A later retry can succeed without returning a reference to the form already on screen. Until a numbered reference appears, do not treat the inquiry as confirmed.

This site configures Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics with consent denied by default. The analytics container does not load unless you choose Accept. Your choice is remembered in local storage. Choosing Decline keeps the site's analytics events off and prevents the container from loading on later visits in that browser.

When accepted, the site can send aggregate events for page views, links and calls to action, form starts, thank-you-page views, and one successful-inquiry measurement. The site's event contract does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, reply preferences, form answers, reference numbers, receipt hashes, or URL query strings. The Thanks page removes its reference query from the browser address before an analytics container can load.

To prevent the same successful inquiry from being counted twice during one browser session, the site keeps a session-storage key derived from the reference number. The reference number is not placed in the analytics event. Closing the session or clearing session storage removes the key.

Google and a configured Tag Manager container may process technical browser and request information under their own terms. Declining analytics does not stop the project form, its visit context, or operational request logging because those systems serve different purposes.

The site and its service providers may process ordinary request metadata needed for security, rate limiting, reliability, and debugging. Submitted inquiries and related operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for business follow-up, legal obligations, security, or site operations. No fixed public deletion schedule is promised here.

You can use the site without accepting analytics. You can clear this site's local or session storage through your browser settings. Doing so removes the remembered analytics choice, visit context, successful-inquiry deduplication key, and any pending best-effort retry stored in that browser.
