Two lead systems. One free look before you commit.

No packages to decode and no pretending every business needs a lead system. Send me your current site first — I'll tell you what it needs. If a simple page is honestly enough, I'll say that too.

Google Business Profile + Apple Maps are included with both lead-system builds.

Before you spend a dollar

Start with a free look.

You don't hand a website budget to someone you met thirty seconds ago. So the first step costs nothing: send me your current site and I'll tell you where it's leaking leads and whether a rebuild is even worth it. If it's not, I'll say so. If it is, you'll know exactly what you're buying — and you can see exactly how it works, first.

How this goes

Three steps, no maze.

  • 1 · The free look

Send your current site — thirty seconds of form. I look at where leads leak and reply in writing, usually the same day.

  • 2 · The decision

You get the findings and a straight answer on whether a rebuild pays. If it doesn't, that's the answer — and it's yours to keep.

  • 3 · The build

Choose the right scope. A Launch Page is paid in full to schedule; a lead-system build is half to start and half on delivery, with its monthly fee starting after the first 90 days.

Before you compare quotes

Four useful price questions.

These guides help you separate a price from the work, risk, and responsibility behind it.

And when any build — mine included — says it's done, accept it against the printable Small-Business Website Acceptance Standard instead of a walkthrough and a good feeling.

Pricing FAQ

What's the free look?

Send me your current site and I'll check where leads leak, then tell you honestly whether a rebuild pays. No charge, no obligation — you keep the findings either way.

Which package is right for me?

Choose the Launch Page only when the website's job is credibility and a phone number, email address, or existing booking link is enough. Choose the Lead Website when form inquiries need to be saved before the alert is attempted. Choose the Connected Lead System when you also need a private owner dashboard, routing rules, notification-attempt and retry evidence, source and page-path context, lead and phone-click-intent statistics, or access for additional employees. It adds operational visibility; it is not a full CRM.

How long does it take?

Honest answer: the build moves at the speed of decisions. Land on a look quickly and trust me with the content strategy, and your site can be up and running fast. What stretches it is waiting — photos, content feedback, access to your domain or Google Business Profile. I'll tell you exactly what I need up front, so you always know the next step and whose court it's in.

Are there ongoing costs?

The $500 Launch Page includes its first year of simple static hosting; renewal is $120 a year. You own and pay for the domain directly, and ongoing edits are quoted separately. A Lead Website is $79 a month and a Connected Lead System is $199 a month after the first 90 days. Those are operating fees, not expensive hosting: they cover hosting, monitoring, the receipt and alert infrastructure, and a couple of small content edits a month — new hours, a price change, a swapped photo; a redesign is its own conversation. Connected also keeps the dashboard, notifications, and source record running. Most of the fee is the watching, not the server. Month to month, no contract.

Can a Launch Page grow into a lead website later?

Yes. It uses the same site foundation, so I can reuse what still fits instead of forcing a platform change. The $500 is not a deposit on a future lead system; it buys the completed Launch Page. A later upgrade is scoped at the current lead-system price. The $79 or $199 monthly fee begins because lead capture, records, notifications, and monitoring become active — not because the same static hosting suddenly became expensive.

What happens if I cancel?

Canceling is one message — not a retention script, not a phone maze. For a Launch Page, decline the next annual renewal and take the site to another host if you want. For a lead system, monthly billing stops, you get your backups and a full export of every lead, and the parts I operate switch off. You keep everything that was ever yours — the domain, the site, the data. No exit fees. Leaving is allowed to be easy.

Do you really set up Google and Apple Maps?

Yes — Google Business Profile and Apple Business (formerly Apple Business Connect) setup come with both lead-system builds. The $500 Launch Page deliberately excludes that work. Maps setup establishes the baseline map and local-search foundation; it does not include ongoing local SEO management or guarantee rankings.

Do you guarantee I'll rank

No. Anyone who guarantees rankings is selling theater. I build fast, clear pages that search engines and AI can understand — and I'll tell you honestly what a site can and can't move.

How do payments work?

A $500 Launch Page is paid in full to schedule the work. Lead-system builds are half to start and half on delivery, and their monthly operating fee doesn't start until the first 90 days are up.
